  • 2. What happens if I have to cancel my booking?
    Cancellations made less than 48 hours from the excursion do NOT give right to refund. If you do NOT show up for the excursion or arrive too late and miss the excursion, there is NO refund. Cancellations for justified reason will be refunded ONLY if made before 48 h before the excursion.
  • 4. What happens in bad weather?
    If the activity is suspended due to bad weather or difficult sea conditions, an alternative date will be proposed or the amount of the excursion will be refunded. If the activity takes place but you do not participate, you will NOT be entitled to a refund.
  • 1. How does the booking system work?
    Our staff is responsible for providing you with availability of days and times of activities/ excursions, updated at the time of your request. To book most of the services offered, a deposit (20-30%) will be required and the balance on the same day of the excursion. Except for a few exceptions for which payment of the entire fee is required.
  • 3. Do I have to print my ticket?
    All our tickets are electronic tickets, so a mobile device is enough to show the ticket that confirms the reservation and the deposit paid.
